OMG! - that is hysterical!!! When you posted about them on my blog (after I showed the pics of my ducks there) I was trying to picture what kind they were. Now I can see them for real!! That is just too funny... animals are smart - they know where their food is!
I made the Holding Hands Feeding Ducks Scarf a couple of years ago just because of the name! http://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/holding-hands-feeding-ducks
Lovely ducks, and I love the pattern for the hat, but not at all sure about the bootees. Duck poo on your lovely wooden floor. That's how they show their gratitude.
Hi there- I discovered your blog a bit ago and have nominated you for a Leibster Award. Its for bloggers who are great but have a small following. Check it out at http://withoutcomplexities.blogspot.com/2011/08/liebster-award.html
I'm a bit jealous, I love ducks, although I guess I would not want to have to clear up after them or be harrassed by the cheeky things. There is an awesome pattern for colourwork rubber ducky socks on Ravelry, I am determined to try making it again soon
Can you imagine any child wearing either of these 2 items?
ReplyDeleteThose are sweet patterns - and don't think of your ducks as pushy... think of it as really super excited to see you today... lol.

ReplyDeleteI love it! I have made a pair of duck booties, different pattern, before and they are too cute. I love the hood.

ReplyDeleteQuack! I love ducks.
ReplyDeleteSometimes a duck has to do what a duck has to do...ha!
