Tiny Progress Pile

It's funny how having too little time to craft also leaves me with too little material to post *laughs*

I tend to make a fair amount of my knitting progress at the weekends, but this weekend turned out to be very busy (I even did spring cleaning!) so I don't have a lot to show for the last week...

To be fair, that is sleeve 2 of 2 *laughs* And I have turned the heel on Ice Cream Waffle Sock 2, so it could be worse!

I am trying really hard to get these both done, because they are the second of their kind, which is always dull and repetitive. On the plus side, finishing the sleeve will mean I am almost done with my Berwick, and that is exciting because I really want to wear it *laughs*

Oh, I have also made some progress on my knitalong socks, but I'll post about them tomorrow!

  2. Spring cleaning is very important so the knitting can wait. All of the projects look lovely!

  3. Spring cleaning...yeah...I am not there yet :-) I agree, the second of something is always more difficult to finish, but you are doing a great job!

  4. Both projects are coming along great! I hear you on the limited knitting time, we've been in cleaning/organizing mode too. I thought we made a lot of progress but not just a week later it looks like we messed it all up again haha.

  5. Everything looks lovely! I can't believe you're spring cleaning already! I haven't even finished my fall cleaning.

  6. I always find turning the heel on a sock to be rather satisfying, almost like some rite of passage. And then there's the foot, which I seem to find boring for some reason. I think it has something to do with the satisfaction of the heel and then remembering that I'm not done yet.

  7. Oh jeez, sleeve 2 and sock 2 all at once? You're a brave girl! On the bright side, you're nearly there with both -- which means New Stuff! Hang in there!

  10. You'll get there soon! Way to go, powering through 2nd sock and 2nd sleeve at once! Although, I guess a finished sweater is decent motivation ...

  11. I love both your projects. The yarns are gorgeous and that waffle sock is so pretty! I need to see your Berwick when you're done as I don't know what it is but it looks pretty! A sweater I'm thinking?
