For a while now I've wanted to get my hands on some Skinny Bugga, a sock yarn that I've heard people rave about.
Well, recently I needed a bit of a treat so I ordered some from Cephalopod Yarns.
After a small (and expensive) delay in customs, I finally have it in my greedy hands *laughs*
The colour way is Ghost Moth and has such a beautiful range of colours. And oh my is it soft!
Merino, cashmere and nylon - I've never tried cashmere socks before *grins* I'm trying to resist casting on straight away ;)
That looks very pretty. I've ordered my first sock yarn with cashmere in too. I'm thinking I might ACTUALLY knit socks with it as an experiment as it's got nylon too.
ReplyDeleteSo pretty! One of these days I'll succumb - I bet Cephalopod yarns look even better in real life :)
ReplyDeleteThe colors look amazing! And it sounds really soft! I would definitely cast on immediately :-)
ReplyDeleteWow, that's beautiful!
ReplyDeleteThat is gorgeous yarn.
ReplyDeleteI think I have yarn jealousy. I will try to be happy for you ;)
ReplyDeleteThat yarn is really gorgeous
ReplyDeleteI love the colours in this wool, I can imagine it will feel so soft to wear once knitted up!
ReplyDeleteThat is amazing. I don't blame you for wanting to cast on right now.
ReplyDeleteCashmere on your feet feels so amazing! I made my sockettes out of cashmere.
ReplyDeleteThe yarn is lovely. Are you really going to make socks of it?
ReplyDeleteLove those colors!!!
ReplyDeleteNo casting on until the poor manly socks are finished, missy. Although I would completely understand why you would not be able to resist the temptation, that might possibly be the most amazing sock yarn I have ever seen.
ReplyDeleteOh, I love that yarn. The colors are gorgeous! And cashmere on your feet??? Oh yummm!
